Window

Window comprises two silk fabric panels and an array of fans and lights controlled by a hidden microcontroller. It moves through a two minute sequence in which the wind and light are continuously evolving before settling down to rest. The piece is placed into a niche in the wall of the gallery.

Window was shown as part of The Uncanny Valley Rally in 2007 at Brew House Space 101 in Pittsburgh, PA.
